How We Grew from One Service to Five
We did not start out planning to build a full-service healthcare outsourcing firm. We started by solving one problem. Then another. Then another. Here is how it happened.
Eaze Billing Launches With Healthcare RCM
Eaze Billing launched with a focus on healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. We started small, working with independent practices and solo providers across Florida who were losing money to billing errors and claim denials. Our first clients saw their denial rates drop and their collections improve within 60 days. Word spread quickly.
BPO & Staff Augmentation Launches
Our RCM clients kept telling us the same thing: billing was better, but staffing was still a nightmare. High turnover. Long hiring timelines. Staff who needed months of training. We listened. We built our BPO and Staff Augmentation service to solve it. Within weeks, practices were adding HIPAA-trained admin staff and medical virtual assistants to their teams in days, not months.
Digital Growth & Marketing Joins the Platform
We noticed something that kept coming up: practices had clean billing and good staff, but no one could find them online. Their Google rankings were weak. Their websites were outdated. New patients were going to competitors who showed up first in search. We launched our Digital Growth and Marketing service to close that gap.
Technology & Software Development Goes Live
By this point, we were helping practices with billing, staffing, and marketing. But the one thing tying all of it together — the technology — was still a weak spot for most of our clients. We formalized our Technology and Software Development arm. We started building HIPAA-compliant websites, patient portals, and custom tools for Florida providers.
Strategic Consulting Completes the Five-Pillar Platform
We added our fifth and final pillar: Strategic Consulting. We began helping larger healthcare businesses, multi-location groups, and healthcare companies design smart offshoring strategies and move away from expensive hourly staffing models. Today, Eaze Billing is a full-service healthcare outsourcing and offshoring consulting firm serving providers across Florida and beyond.
